Fear is basically a normal and healthy reaction of our body. It has the important task of protecting us and there are many different situations in life in which a justified fear protects us from harm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In such situations, an emergency program starts in our body<\/strong> within milliseconds, which is exclusively designed to ensure survival.<\/p>\n

As far as flying is concerned, a certain fear of it is very understandable, as we as passengers hand ourselves over to the competence of the crew resp. technology and thus relinquish control. In this respect, this fear<\/strong> is at least as unfounded<\/strong> as when using the train or bus.<\/p>\n

However, it can also be a fear of heights (acrophobia)<\/strong> or claustrophobia<\/strong> that causes you problems when flying.<\/p>\n

It is therefore essential to find the respective triggers and causes<\/strong> so that you can then work out the appropriate exercises, methods or strategies – but also how you can apply them effectively.<\/p>\n
